Hornbook is named for the short books law students have always used to get a subject in hand. The site is a public reading room: course notes, case briefs, statute guides, and exam method, written to be found and actually finished.

The seed library covers the core LLB map — including Ugandan public law and land tenure — as original teaching notes. It is not a university’s coursepack and it is not legal advice. Check the current statute before you cite.

Anyone with an account can publish. Readers can save a piece. The monetize desk wires Google AdSense and a direct sponsor into slots that were drawn with the type, not pasted on afterwards.
